Elise caught a snake

Never thought I'd see the day when my daughter Elise would catch a snake. We were rollerblading at the Vancouver Waterfront and Elise saw the snake behind a bench. She did not hesitate before picking it up. It even bit her.

The dark circular object, under the weed, is the baby garter snake. Cute huh?
I mean the kids!

They asked me if we could take it home. I was about to say no, but then changed me mind because I like snakes too.
