Elise wins the race

Every school day when the kids get off the bus, Elise and Parker race to the house and Elise usually wins, and Parker usually cries and throws a fit about it. The other night, the kids were telling me about their bus ride. I asked Elise how she always won the race home from the bus. She said, "I run past Parker while he puts on his backpack."
