A lot of cinnamon goes a little way. That's my motto. A great man once told me that there are only two types of food, the kind with cinnamon and the kind without.
Before pouring the brownie batter in the pan, I dusted the buttered surface with a flour and cinnamon mixture. It made the brownies superb, twice as good as normal. That's saying a lot.
